Debbie
Debbie is often one of the first friendly faces clients see when they arrive. Not only does Debbie help manage the pharmacy and handle all our “special” drug orders, but she also manages and processes every insurance claim and query for our clients. Her organisation and care ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible, helping both clients and their pets feel well supported from the very beginning of their visit.
Jannine
Whether answering calls, booking appointments, or supporting clients at reception, Jannine brings reliable care and thoughtful attention to every interaction. Her dedication helps keep the practice running seamlessly each day, and her positive energy and warmth create a fantastic atmosphere for both the team and our clients. Jannine also manages the practice accounts, making sure everything behind the scenes stays on track.
Lillian
From helping clients at the front desk to supporting the team behind the scenes, Lillian is always professional, welcoming and uplifting. Her glowing personality makes the practice a warm, friendly space for pets and owners alike. Lillian is also our much‑loved “Social Organiser,” helping ensure the team takes well‑earned breaks and enjoys time together outside of work.
